Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked corned beef (sliced or chopped)
  • 2 cups sauerkraut (drained)
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup rye bread cubes
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • Caraway seeds (optional)
  • Mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grease a medium baking dish.
  3. Spread rye bread cubes evenly in the dish.
  4. Layer corned beef over the bread.
  5. Spread drained sauerkraut evenly on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the layers.
