- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups Bisquick or all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk soup, broth, and seasonings in a baking dish.
- Stir in chicken and vegetables.
- Mix flour and milk to form dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough over mixture.
- Cover and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
Notes
Do not overmix the dumpling dough to keep them light and fluffy.
