Instructions
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced red onion and bell peppers, sauté for 3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add zucchini and continue sautéing for another 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute.
