Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and julienned
  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Shred green and red cabbage, grate the carrot, and slice mango into thin strips.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, mango, carrot, cilantro, and green onions.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey or maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture.
  5. Toss everything well until evenly coated.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving for best flavor.

Notes
