Instructions
- Add minced garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, thyme, rosemary, onion powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt to a shallow bowl.
- Pour the extra-virgin olive oil over the seasonings.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar if using.
- Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the herbs to infuse the oil.
- Serve with warm crusty bread for dipping.
Notes
For even deeper flavor, let the dipping oil sit for 20–30 minutes before serving. This oil also works well drizzled over roasted vegetables or pasta.
