Description

Crispy, golden chicken cutlets coated with Parmesan, panko, and spices, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (sliced in half into cutlets)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley, lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Slice chicken breasts into cutlets. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Set Up Breading Station: Bowl 1 – flour. Bowl 2 – beaten eggs. Bowl 3 – panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper.
  3. Bread the Chicken: Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then press into Parmesan breadcrumb mixture until coated well.
  4. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray basket with cooking spray. Arrange chicken in single layer. Air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Serve with pasta, salad, or roasted vegetables. Leftovers reheat well in the air fryer to stay crispy.
