- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (sliced in half into cutlets)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
- Optional garnish: fresh parsley, lemon wedges
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Slice chicken breasts into cutlets. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Set Up Breading Station: Bowl 1 – flour. Bowl 2 – beaten eggs. Bowl 3 – panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper.
- Bread the Chicken: Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then press into Parmesan breadcrumb mixture until coated well.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray basket with cooking spray. Arrange chicken in single layer. Air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
Serve with pasta, salad, or roasted vegetables. Leftovers reheat well in the air fryer to stay crispy.
