Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  7. Whisk gently until smooth and glossy.

  10. Coat each truffle generously in powdered sugar.
