This Green Goddess Salad is packed with crisp lettuce, broccoli, cucumber, and avocado, all tossed in a creamy herb-loaded Green Goddess dressing bursting with fresh parsley, basil, and lemon flavor.
Ingredients

- 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 1 ripe avocado, cubed
- 1 cup fresh Italian parsley
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh chives or minced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Add the parsley, basil, avocado, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and Greek yogurt to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add a teaspoon of water if needed to thin the dressing.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, broccoli, cucumber, and cubed avocado.
- Pour the Green Goddess dressing over the vegetables.
- Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with fresh chives or green onions.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
