Ingredients

- 1 lb pasta
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 English cucumber
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Toss warm pasta with a small amount of dressing.
- Let pasta cool to room temperature.
- Add chicken and vegetables.
- Toss with remaining dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Refresh with milk or mayo if needed before serving.
