- 1 cup low-fat or full-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or parchment paper
Instructions
- Step 1 – Prep the Base: Scoop cottage cheese into a small mixing bowl. Add Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Step 2 – Spoon & Shape: Line an air fryer tray or baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls (about 1 tablespoon each) of the mixture and spread slightly into chip-sized rounds.
- Step 3 – Air Fry or Bake:
- Air Fryer Method: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Air fry for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
- Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway if needed.
- Step 4 – Cool & Crisp: Let chips cool for 5 minutes before removing — they’ll crisp up even more as they cool.
- Step 5 – Enjoy! Serve with your favorite dip like Greek yogurt ranch, guacamole, or salsa — or simply snack on them straight from the tray!
