- ½ cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Prepare cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Flatten portions of dough, add cheesecake filling, and seal into balls.
- Roll each cookie in cinnamon sugar coating.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool before serving.
Notes
Chill the filled dough briefly if it becomes too soft to handle. Best served slightly warm for a creamy center.
