- 2 chicken breasts (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for marinade)
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- Tortillas
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
Instructions
- Mix lime juice, oil, garlic, and spices. Coat chicken and let sit for 20–30 minutes.
- Heat a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
- In the same pan, sauté peppers and onions until tender.
- Add chicken back to the pan and mix everything together.
- Serve hot with tortillas.
Notes
For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lime juice over the fajitas before serving.
