Description

Juicy, flavorful chicken fajitas loaded with peppers and onions, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for marinade)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • Tortillas
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole

Instructions

  1. Mix lime juice, oil, garlic, and spices. Coat chicken and let sit for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  3. In the same pan, sauté peppers and onions until tender.
  4. Add chicken back to the pan and mix everything together.
  5. Serve hot with tortillas.

Notes

For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lime juice over the fajitas before serving.
