Description

Soft, fluffy bread balls stuffed with gooey cheese and brushed with rich garlic butter—perfect for a warm, savory treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast and let sit for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and butter, then knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide dough and flatten slightly.
  5. Place a cheese cube in the center of each piece.
  6. Seal tightly and shape into balls.
  7. Let rest for 20 minutes.
  8. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–18 minutes.
  9. Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley, then brush over warm bread balls.
  10. Serve warm for best texture.

Notes

Seal dough היטב to prevent cheese from leaking. Best enjoyed fresh and warm for a gooey center.
