Ingredients

- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese cubes
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp parsley
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast and let sit for 5–10 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and butter, then knead until smooth.
- Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough and flatten slightly.
- Place a cheese cube in the center of each piece.
- Seal tightly and shape into balls.
- Let rest for 20 minutes.
- Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–18 minutes.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley, then brush over warm bread balls.
- Serve warm for best texture.
Notes
Seal dough היטב to prevent cheese from leaking. Best enjoyed fresh and warm for a gooey center.
