- ½ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 blocks cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups diced apples
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press into a baking pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour cheesecake filling evenly over the crust.
- Mix diced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Spread apple mixture over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
- Let bars cool completely.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
Notes
Chill before slicing for cleaner bars. Use tart apples for the best flavor contrast with the sweet caramel.
