Ingredients

Instructions
- Rinse rice under cold water until clear.
- Combine rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer covered for 30–40 minutes.
- Cook until rice is very soft and slightly soupy.
- Toast bread until dry.
- Serve rice with sliced banana and toast.
