Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking tray.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in Biscoff cookie butter until fully incorporated.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix well.
- Scoop dough portions onto the baking tray.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top while warm before serving.
Notes
