Description

Rich and chewy Biscoff cookie butter cookies with a deep caramelized flavor and a perfect touch of flaky sea salt on top.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking tray.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Mix in Biscoff cookie butter until fully incorporated.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix well.
  7. Scoop dough portions onto the baking tray.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
  9. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top while warm before serving.

Notes

For extra indulgence, add chocolate chips and enjoy warm for the ultimate gooey texture.
