Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Key lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press 2 tablespoons of crust mixture into the bottom of mason jars.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl.
- Gradually add sweetened condensed milk while mixing.
- Stir in Key lime juice and lime zest until thickened.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.
- Spoon or pipe filling into prepared jars.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with remaining whipped cream and lime slices before serving.
Notes
Chilling overnight creates the best texture and flavor. Fresh Key lime juice gives the brightest citrus taste.
