Description

De petits cheesecakes en pot ultra crémeux avec une touche acidulée de citron vert et une base croquante aux biscuits Graham.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Key lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press 2 tablespoons of crust mixture into the bottom of mason jars.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl.
  4. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk while mixing.
  5. Stir in Key lime juice and lime zest until thickened.
  6. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  7. Fold half of the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Spoon or pipe filling into prepared jars.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Top with remaining whipped cream and lime slices before serving.

Notes

Chilling overnight creates the best texture and flavor. Fresh Key lime juice gives the brightest citrus taste.
