This Cinnamon Sugar Pizza transforms flaky crescent roll dough into a warm, buttery dessert pizza topped with cinnamon sugar and finished with a sweet vanilla glaze.

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough sheets or standard crescent rolls
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- â…“ cup granulated white sugar
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar, packed
- 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp whole milk or heavy cream
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough onto the prepared pan.
- If using crescent rolls, firmly pinch all seams together to create a smooth crust.
- Spread softened butter evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
- Gently pat the topping into the butter layer.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Allow the pizza to cool for 3 minutes after baking.
- Drizzle the vanilla glaze over the warm pizza.
- Slice into triangles and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve warm for the best texture and gooey cinnamon-sugar topping.
