Description

Sweet, creamy banana pudding truffles coated in white chocolate and decorated for a fun Easter treat everyone will love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup banana pudding (prepared)
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips (melted)
  • Sprinkles
  • Crushed cookies
  • Mini candy eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed vanilla wafers, banana pudding, and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls.
  4. Freeze for 10–15 minutes to make coating easier.
  5. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate.
  6. Add sprinkles or decorations before the chocolate sets.
  7. Let truffles set at room temperature or in the fridge.
  8. Serve chilled or slightly softened.

Notes

Keep refrigerated for best texture. You can swap white chocolate for milk or dark chocolate if preferred.
