Instructions
- Slice the croissant in half lengthwise with a serrated knife.
- Toast croissant halves cut-side down for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.
- Spread goat cheese generously on the bottom half.
- Layer thin apple slices over the cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the apples.
- Sprinkle with crushed walnuts if desired.
- Add fresh arugula on top.
- Close with the top half of the croissant and serve immediately.
Notes
