Description

Instructions

  2. Toast croissant halves cut-side down for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Spread goat cheese generously on the bottom half.
  4. Layer thin apple slices over the cheese.
  5. Drizzle honey over the apples.
  6. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts if desired.
  7. Add fresh arugula on top.
  8. Close with the top half of the croissant and serve immediately.
