- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Prep the Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry with paper towels to help coating stick.
- Make the Coating: Combine Parmesan, panko, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Season the Shrimp: Toss shrimp with olive oil, then dredge in Parmesan-panko mixture until coated.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange shrimp in a single layer. Cook 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley, squeeze lemon juice over, and serve immediately.
Notes
