- 1 cup fresh berries or chopped fruit (strawberries, blueberries, peaches, or pineapple work well)
- 1 cup raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar, honey, or maple syrup
Instructions
- Place fruit and sweetener in a clean glass jar.
- Mash lightly to release juices.
- Add apple cider vinegar and stir well.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours (up to 5 days for stronger flavor).
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a bottle.
- Store in the fridge and use as a base for drinks.
