Description

A tangy, fruity drinking vinegar made with apple cider vinegar, fresh fruit, and natural sweetener — perfect as a refreshing mocktail base.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh berries or chopped fruit (strawberries, blueberries, peaches, or pineapple work well)
  • 1 cup raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar, honey, or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place fruit and sweetener in a clean glass jar.
  2. Mash lightly to release juices.
  3. Add apple cider vinegar and stir well.
  4. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours (up to 5 days for stronger flavor).
  5. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a bottle.
  6. Store in the fridge and use as a base for drinks.
