Ingredients

- 1 tbsp raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger)
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- ¼ cup warm water
Instructions
- In a small glass, combine ACV, lemon juice, and honey.
- Stir in ginger and cayenne (if using).
- Add warm water and mix well.
- Drink immediately, ideally on an empty stomach.
