Description

A quick and invigorating morning shot made with apple cider vinegar, lemon, honey, and ginger to kickstart energy and support digestion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger)
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ¼ cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a small glass, combine ACV, lemon juice, and honey.
  2. Stir in ginger and cayenne (if using).
  3. Add warm water and mix well.
  4. Drink immediately, ideally on an empty stomach.
