Description

A simple, make-ahead chia pudding that’s rich, creamy, and topped with fresh berries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla.
  2. Stir well to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. In the morning, give it a stir and top with fresh berries.

Notes

Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
