Description

A fluffy, protein-packed frittata made right in the air fryer, loaded with fresh veggies and melty cheese — perfect for breakfast, brunch, or meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk or heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup chopped spinach
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup shredded zucchini (optional)
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: pinch of paprika, garlic powder, or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Chop your vegetables into small, even pieces. Lightly sauté them in a skillet with olive oil for 2–3 minutes to soften and release flavor.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add in your cheese and cooked vegetables. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Lightly grease an air fryer-safe cake pan, baking dish, or silicone mold. Pour in the egg and veggie mixture, spreading evenly.
  4. Place the pan in your air fryer basket. Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden. Insert a toothpick — if it comes out clean, your frittata is ready!
  5. Let the frittata cool for 2–3 minutes before slicing. Serve warm, garnished with herbs or extra cheese.

Notes

You can customize your frittata with your favorite vegetables or proteins — try mushrooms, ham, or feta for variety.
